Client Experience Manager - Northeast Overhead

Job Description

The Client Excellence Manager is responsible for crafting and implementing operational methods that promote ARAMARK'S overall capability, capacity, and efficiency in the Refreshments line of business.

Job Responsibilities

•    Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
•    Design and implement new business.
•    Articulate and present business case for major, interdepartmental process changes.
•    Redesign, reconstruction, and monitoring of processes to ensure effectiveness
•    Implement new technologies to create automated and efficient processes
•    Works with stakeholders to define/understand business requirements, processes, and identify risk
•    Works closely with the Quality department to change, modify, or redesign processes to address identified quality issues

Qualifications

•    Strong interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
•    Ability to problem solve
•    Proficiency with a variety of Microsoft software programs
•    Experience analyzing large data sets
•    Proficiency in research and design of business processes
•    Familiarity with programming languages such SQL
