Job Summary:

Plays a pivotal role in driving the identification, analysis, and optimization of business processes to facilitate automation initiatives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to uncover opportunities for automation, designing robust process models, and ensuring seamless implementation of automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Data massaging and creation of BPMN files tied to agentic discovery of business workflows this role fulfills provides a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of digital transformation, driving efficiency and innovation through advanced automation solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the discovery and analysis of business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Develop detailed process maps and documentation to support automation efforts.
• Coordinate with developers and IT teams to implement and test automated solutions.
• Train and mentor junior analysts in process discovery and automation techniques.
•  Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automation technology.

Qualifications:

Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Extensive experience in business process analysis and process modeling.

- Proven track record of successfully leading the shaping of data modeling for automation projects.

- Proficiency in using process discovery and automation tools (e.g. Automation Anywhere Process Discovery, Fortress IQ).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred:

- Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in process automation.

- Automation Anywhere Process Discovery or Fortress IQ Certifications

- Expertise in Tableau for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
