About the Role
The Sr. Manager of Media Business Operations will be tasked with working on one of Monks’ most important and valuable media client relationships. The Media Solutions and Investment teams you will be supporting demonstrates expertise in four core areas:
- World class ability to build client & platform relationships
- Exceptional track record of managing and growing accounts
- Fearless ability to tell data driven stories and extract key insights
- Building and presenting high impact presentations to senior level clients
- Understanding of capabilities across the digital landscape
Responsibilities:
- Work with Monks’s Media Solutions and Investment teams to serve a key clients, designing processes and protocols to drive success for multi-year client relationships
- Key point of contact for critical media financial deliverables for this client. Be accountable for accuracy and timely delivery (e.g. Prisma management, invoices, monthly reconciliations), including the orchestration of workflows across internal and external partners.
- Support daily and weekly client interaction; participating in client calls and in-person meetings to handle one off requests/questions and to share critical business information.
- Key contributor to the monthly operations reports presented to senior clients and portfolio level QBRs
- Support delivery of quarterly scorecard management and performance tracking to senior clients, while ensuring the internal team is supported and set up for success in achieving these critical client benchmarks.
- Pilot workflows that allow for greater transparency and accountability across key deliverables and work streams in the SOW
- Partner with Media Solutions team to scale consistent structure, ‘ways of working’ and transfer of learnings throughout this client team.
- Manage Salesforce platform as a power user.
- Oversee a Manager of Business Operations reporting into this role.
- Understand the full spectrum of services that Monks offers and be able to support growth of this key client engagement in a thoughtful and consultative way.

About You
- You have strong past experience in financial management.
- You are seeking to make a large impact at a rapidly growing media focused startup.
- You are a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time with very high standards for your work without requiring high management oversight
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Highly diligent and detail oriented
- You have the desire to grow as a leader and mentor to colleagues.
- BA or equivalent with emphasis on marketing, advertising, or business.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience on Airtable, Salesforce, and MediaOcean platforms is a plus
- Proficient in Google Suite.
