THE ROLE: Sr Analyst, Sales Strategy and Analytics

Job Summary:

As a senior analyst on the Sales Strategy and Analytics team, you will be responsible for key planning, financial and pipeline modeling, and providing business insights to support the Sales organization, Strategy team, business partners, and CRO.

Travel:

In this role you will not be expected to travel. It will be based in a remote US Location.

Job Responsibilities:

• ​Collaborate with other stakeholders to build and model key metrics and financial views for accurate forecasting
• Ensure product line performance reporting with analytics to help drive recommended actions and activities
• Assist with Go-to-market modeling and recommendations to enable segmentation and territory planning initiatives
• Provide insights based on business trends, propensity, and key performance metrics
• Partner with team members and influence other groups as needed to meet deliverables and deadlines

Required Skills: 

• ​Data analysis, data manipulation, data visualization 
• Coding, automation, and building foundational data sources
• Financial modeling to help provide accurate forecasts by area and business line
• Ability to collaborate with other team members as needed
• Dealing with ambiguity to bring concepts through to deliverables
• Problem-solving
• Self-starter 
• Thought partner and leader within the team
• Provide guidance based on analysis and insights 

Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
• Overall 6+ years of experience in finance and business analysis and planning
