Days / Hours:                                 Mon – Fri / 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

 

Job Duties:

• Work in the Venafi-as-a-Service (VaaS) Engineering group, as part of an extremely motivated, dedicated, and experienced team that protects many of the largest organizations in the world.
• Deliver on the responsibility of producing highly secure and robust software that protects machine identities at-scale.
• Work with Test Architects to develop and expand testing infrastructure to support the development team.
• Responsible for defining and owning the “what to build” and “how to build what” for each r
• Assist the Automation Framework Team from a technical perspective, ensuring the implementation of the “what to build,” being delivered in a release, adheres to the company’s best practices.
• Assist in technical areas, including testability of the code, architectural integrity, short-term and long-term integrity of the overall system, dependencies on other teams or other systems, and outstanding or future system work.
• Assist other teams on quality strategy, test approach, tools, pipelines, test solutions, test data visualization, quality intelligence, and technical implementation.
• Responsible for CPR (Customer Problems Response) interactions by serving as the main
• contact for CPR team inquiries, and providing leadership in handling customers’ technical issues with Venafi products.

 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study; and 6 years of progressive experience software quality engineering and 2 years of test leadership experience (no people reports). Employer will also accept a Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study; and 4 years of progressive experience software quality engineering and 2 years of test leadership experience (no people reports).

 

Applicants must have demonstrated experience with the following:

• 6 years of experience (4 years of experience when qualifying with a Master’s degree) working with Test Automation and Management tools including: MS Test, NUnit, TestNG, Selenium WebDriver, Protractor JS or Cypress.
• 4 years of experience working with one or more programming languages including: JS, Java, Golang, C#, or Python.
• 2 years of experience working with Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines in SaaS software development.
• Experience working with Agile and DevOps process management methodologies: Agile Scrum & Kanban, Scaled Agile framework, or GitOps.
