Accounts Assistant

Job Description

The role will be working on supplier accounts in Coupa, reconciliations, receipting goods and raising PO’s. Also insurance billing for one of our subsidiaries. Cover for other roles within the department will be required.

Specific Tasks:

• Supplier ordering on Coupa
• Receipting goods
• Invoice approval
• Supplier reconciliation
• Resolving supplier queries
• Daily and monthly billing for insurances
• Credit control on insurance billing
• Ad hoc duties as required

Qualifications

Education

A qualification in Business or Finance /IATI an advantage, however a combination of experience and training will be more relevant for the role

Experience

• Candidate should have a minimum of two years accounts experience- with track record of account reconciliations
• Strong end to end AP knowledge
• Experience in client billing
• An intermediate level of excel is required
• Experience in Coupa and Microsoft Dynamix a distinct advantage

Skills and Abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team – but can work independently on own duties
