Position Summary: To organize and coordinate sales activity in the Aftermarket Heavy Duty Division for territorial Warehouse Distributor accounts as well as develop long term relationships with area fleets (end-user). The main focus of concentration should be on growing territory sales through supporting the WD base and managing the end-user (fleet) use/spec of Grote products.

Position Duties: - Customer Contact: Fosters, maintains, and drives business through key customer relationships with all territory accounts and their sales management and sales forces
- Market definition: Analyzes new market potential and long term growth for key new accounts
- Manages, educates, and instructs customer sales force and fleet personnel
- Works with National Fleet Manager to develop and roll-out territory fleet plans and targets.
- Works closely with the region sales management to increase the fleet effort and expected results – Gaining the aftermarket replacement program and the spec.
- Rolls out and develops business plans for key accounts identified each year by Regional Manager – Heavy Duty
- Maintains and implements provided pricing structure within territory
- Organizes field sales work with key Distributor accounts
- Attends some key National trade shows and regional shows where needed
- Works closely with the Regional Manager to assure the programs will be on track and worked on
- Maintains budgets and expenses to expected levels and guidelines
- Special Key Account Projects as defined by Director/Regional Manager

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in business marketing, or related area of focus and a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
