Audio Visual Project Manager

As an Audiovisual Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audiovisual projects from inception to delivery. You will be responsible for managing resources, schedules, budgets, and quality assurance to ensure projects are delivered successfully and meet client expectations. 

Duties

• Lead end-to-end project management for Audio Visual / Collaboration projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures, and schedules, identifying key milestones and resource requirements.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to proactively manage project risks and ensure successful outcomes.
• Coordinate and manage project resources, including internal teams, external vendors, and contractors, to ensure efficient utilization and timely delivery of project tasks.
• Oversee the procurement and logistics processes for equipment, materials, and services.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members, facilitating productive meetings, workshops, and discussions to drive project success.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Requirements

• Be okay with regional traveling in North and South Carolina.
• Have experience for on-time and on-budget installations meetings for strict safety and quality standards.
• Establish project timeline and anticipated completion dates.
• Reviewing drawings, submittals, and bid documents for understanding of scope and detect omissions.
• Have the ability to arrive on-site for installations when needed.
• Communicate and write clearly.
