Process Engineering & Systems Optimization. Redesigning WMATA’s training workflows for smarter, faster, and more accessible technical learning systems.. Lead process improvement and digital transformation initiatives; analyze current workflows; develop streamlined systems using Lean/Six Sigma principles; coordinate with IT and instructional teams for system integration.. Major Duties and Responsibilities:
