Salesforce Inc.  seeks Associate Technical Program Manager (Security Assurance) in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Partner with engineering counterparts across Salesforce business to maintain a constructive working relationship. Participate in program planning/execution, threat modeling, data flow diagramming, architecture risk analysis, identification of security flaws, strategy/bizops initiatives, and drive subsequent &/or related activities to resolution. Learn security best practices and how to apply them to the security lifecycle of the internal customers. Navigate & leverage the tools and dashboards that support Security Assurance activities (Salesforce Secure Development Lifecycle tool, internal work tracking/management tool (GUS), internal threat modeling tool). Learn Salesforce's standard security controls & security best practices and put them into action.  Actively seek guidance from senior security engineers to learn and adapt while sharing feedback with the organization. Leverage an attacker's mindset in the approach to engineering challenges/solutions by thinking like the adversary to help protect Salesforce. HQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. 

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and six (6) months of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) SDLC; (2) Threat Modeling; (3) Git; (4) Cloud Security; (5) IT Project Management; (6) Network Defenses; (7) Software Security; (8) TCP/IP; (9) AWS; and (10) UI. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. 

Salary: $109,491.00 - $165,000.00 per annum.
