Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• May oversee the cooking activities of Prep Cook and/or Line Cook as assigned by Executive Sous Chef
• Prepares varies menu items following established recipes
• Ensures show quality standards and adheres to Levy's core signatures
• Operates and cleans equipment after each use; performs scheduled routine cleaning. 
• Stores, labels, and dates food items according to policy. Help maintains organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated and frozen products. 
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply. 
• Complies with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures. 
• Assists Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef in maintaining accurate daily production records and completes required documentation, reports, and logs as assigned. 
• Assists in training culinary team members. 
• Performs other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Lead or Supervisory role of Culinary Staff in restaurant and/or Sports & Entertainment industry. 

Physical Demands: 

• Frequently lift, push, pull up to 50lbs
• Frequently ascend/descend stairs
• Frequent standing and walking
• Enviromental exposures include heating appliances
