$70,000.00 /Yr. - $80,000.00 /Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The Personalization Solutions Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing personalized customer experiences across our integrated platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing technologies, data analysis, and front-end development to create tailored solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

This position will be onsite at our HQ in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and thoughtfully scale personalization use-cases across all supported channels to optimize for customer engagement and lifetime value.
• Execute and scale experiments to determine effectiveness at a statistically significant level and play a key role in consolidating learnings to impact key business outcomes.
• Analyze user data with SQL, applied with Python/R, to identify patterns and insights that can inform personalization efforts.
• Build and maintain personalization algorithms and tools to deliver dynamic content and experiences.
• Monitor and optimize personalization initiatives to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver a positive ROI.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Units to surface requirements for new MarTech requests.
• Develop documentation including business process maps and procedures around MarTech development work.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in personalization technologies and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years' of experience with Martech platforms
• 1+ year's of experience with any personalization platform
• 1+ year's of experience on any front-end development
• Proficient in Data Analysis using SQL
