Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Creating unique user experiences and interactions in our native mobile apps with a main focus on usability and user satisfaction
• Applying a user-centred design approach, leveraging our design system and collaboration tools
• Creating UX/UI concepts and designs for native mobile apps in an international environment 
• Analysing business requirements to understand their impact on the products you are working on and to assess technical feasibility of their implementation 
• Intensively collaborating with our designers, research experts, developers, product owners and other stakeholders in an agile setup, effectively expressing ideas and fostering a collaborative and empathic team environment 
• Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in mobile app, UX/UI and interaction design 
• Initiating and conducting user interviews, usability tests and other research activities 

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Completed studies in media design, human-computer interaction or other media-related fields of study
• Several years of professional experience in UX design and product development as well as a strong understanding of UX/UI principles, user-centred design methodologies and interaction design patterns 
• Very good Figma skills and solid experience with another prototyping tool (e.g. Sketch, Whimsical) 
• A proven track record of crafting outstanding digital design experiences for both iOS and Android apps and high level of motivation to collaborate with developers and product teams 
• Ability to work independently and in a creative yet systematic and focused manner
• Hands-on mentality and intercultural skills 
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to drive our projects forward
• Affinity for technology and design 
• Experience with user research methods, agile project structures and lean UX 
• Very good English skills (C1 or C2 level)

• Proficient in using tracking tools, e.g. Jira, to prioritise design tasks, thereby ensuring alignment with project goals and timely delivery
