Role reports to: Global Head of Talent Solutions

Location: Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel : 10%

Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $119,000 to $205,850. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.

What you will do

The Global Contingent Workforce leader is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of a global, leading class external workforce program. This is includes overseeing global external workforce program governance and operations performance, driving strategic and operational collaboration and continuous improvement across geographies globally, engaging key functional partners to align external workforce operations to total talent strategy and overall enterprise objectives, and engaging executive stakeholders across the enterprise to communicate performance and needs. 
This colleague will oversee a team of Regional Operations Leads responsible for external workforce operations within defined geographies. This includes oversight of individual development and performance and operational program performance. The role will also oversee the management of external labor providers globally, including Kenvue’s Master Service Providers, Master Vendor, Pre-ID Contingent Labor Solutions, Vendor Management Solution (VMS) technology partner, and Professional Services firms. In addition, this role with drive collaboration with Sourcing colleagues to evaluate opportunities for operational centralization and implementation of global external workforce sourcing strategies. 
Other key responsibilities for this position include overseeing the development and implementation of global external workforce processes, methodologies, systems, reporting, quality, charge-back methodologies, compliance, and customer service delivery models for our Contingent Workforce.
