Restaurant Manager

Our partner is currently seeking a Restaurant Manager in Los Angeles, CA for a culinary establishment with a foundation in nutritional science. This role encompasses leadership, driving sales growth, and nurturing a culture of hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Effective leadership and management of team members.
• Active contribution to business growth and profitability.
• Cultivation of a culture of hospitality within the restaurant.
• Upholding the establishment's mission, vision, and values.
• Continuous elevation of performance standards for both oneself and the team.

Please note this position would be to fill for one of our Los Angeles locations: Pasadena or Century City

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for crafting outstanding dining experiences.
• Proficiency in handling stress and accommodating last-minute requests.
• A minimum of 2 years' managerial experience within a high-volume restaurant.
• Fundamental comprehension of business financial aspects.
