MAINTENANCE WORKER

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Must have general repair and maintenance experience in a variety of areas including common household plumbing, painting, and plastering, electrical and carpentry. Must have specialized experience in the field of electrical/electronic or similar maintenance, which required the use of test equipment such as multi meters, volumeters, or other similar test equipment. Must have the ability to use a variety of common hand and power tools and have experience in reading schematics and diagrams. Must satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical. Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record. Must satisfactorily complete a background check. This is a drug testing position. The incumbent is subject to random testing for drug use. Position is mission essential.
