About the Role

Due to exceptional clinical success and patient demand, Sensible Care is GROWING and now hiring LMFT, LPC, and LCSW providers to provide remote/telehealth care throughout Texas.

We offer flexible 24-40 hour work week options to help prevent provider burnout.

We offer flexible 24-40 hour work week options to help prevent provider burnout. This is a remote/tele-health position; Child and Adolescent focus required; Afternoon/Evening availability is required.

What we offer:

40-hour workweek includes:

  • Annual Salary of $75,000
  • License fees paid

We’re Seeking Professionals Who:

  • Are located in Texas and have an active Texas professional license LMFT, LPC, and LCSW
  • Have experience with child/adolescent therapy
  • Are passionate about mental healthcare and illustrate personable and warm demeanor and delivery culturally sensitive care
  • Have experience personally conducting treatment in an outpatient setting
  • Are technologically savvy; computers, Electronic Medical Records (EMR's), telehealth, Google apps, etc.
  • Empower their clients through education and resources
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Are timely, diligent, and work well in a team
  • Are comfortable treating depression, anxiety, and trauma
  • Have active professional liability insurance (preferred), and valid NPI number
