Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant who is eager to make a difference and is able to advise on outstanding customer experience. You should have a passion for delivering solutions, guiding customers, and working closely within the teams. You will work alongside VRP Salesforce experts across the group, including a Certified Technical Architect and Product experts.

The Marketing Cloud Consultant helps to realize the (digital) multi-channel, behavior-driven, and personalized marketing ambitions of our customers. Your role is to translate the customer’s marketing ambitions and requirements into a customer-suitable solution, within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will be the expert who who will deliver best practices to pre-sales create a solid implementation plan and design and implement the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role is about detailed customer requirements gathering, designing, and creating a suitable Marketing Cloud architecture and solution and implementing this solution. The implementation consists of the setup of the Marketing Cloud tooling and creating and implementing multi-channel customer journeys and campaigns. Everything we do is with a strong focus on customer success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years "hands-on" work experience using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation platform (including creation of campaigns, segments and assets as well as integration configuration and advanced automation features)
• Proficiency with marketing automation best practices, lead management and performance reporting
• Experience in driving Presales solutions and estimations
• Proven training experience including both remote and onsite sessions
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Proficiency at learning complex software solutions
• Proficiency with designing and estimating solutions based on client needs
• Exceptional client services, communication, interpersonal and support skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Knowledge of current SaaS / Internet based technologies as well as related technologies such as databases and integration frameworks
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement is a plus
