• Oversee daily operations and delivery across multiple lines of business and entire global partner network.
• Identify any performance issues or risks and work with vendors to implement
  corrective actions.
• Maintain strong collaboration and partnership with other Operations teams across different offices and geographies, working with a variety of internal/external,
  local/global stakeholders and remote teams.
• Oversee large-scale capacity planning, orchestrate new project launches, and strengthen partnerships with global teams for strategic
  alignment.
• Provide updates and insights to executive leadership on vendor performance, cost management, risk assessments, and other key metrics.
• Make high-impact decisions
  regarding vendor relationships and strategy.
• Ensure consistency in vendor management practices across all regions by reviewing and updating global standards, policies, and procedures.
• Address any discrepancies or regional challenges.
• Identify areas for process improvement, cost savings, or operational efficiencies within the vendor management function and implement strategies to address them.
• International and domestic travel required 20%.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires a Master's Degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a
  related occupation.
• Requires 36 months of experience in the following:
• 1. Project Management
• 2. Business Development and Partnerships
• 3. Vendor Operations Management
• 4. Marketing Management
• 5. Sales Program Management
• 6. Strategic partnerships and vendor management

$190,014/year to $223,410/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
