We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Summary:
Lead the strategic transformation of Credit products quality assurance from reactive testing to proactive, AI-enhanced, early-SDLC integrated testing practices that enable rapid, reliable delivery of financial products serving millions of users globally.Job Description:
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manages multiple projects through direct reports and may directly manage individual software development projects. Ensures project delivery through supervision of costs, methods, and staffing
- Sets operational targets that impact their group and drives operational rigor around engineering KPIs such as unit test coverage, uptime/resiliency targets, execution velocity
- Responsible for the delivery of projects and continuous improvement that impact up to three domains
- Leads the effort in resolving highly complex or unique technical situations that impact business success or addresses future concepts, products, or technologies
- Creates the roadmap for multiple scrum teams. Responsible for turning a high-level operational strategy into a well-defined resourcing plan
- Demonstrates perseverance in pursuing difficult, complex, or ambiguous goals or problems, applying advanced analytical thought and judgment.
- Collaborates with direct team, managers in org, stakeholders, managers in other orgs and business stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous management experience
Preferred Qualification:
Leadership & Domain Expertise
- 8+ years managing engineering teams of 30+ people with demonstrated success in fintech/financial services
- 12+ years test engineering experience with 6+ years in leadership roles at scale
- Deep understanding of financial industry regulations, compliance testing, and high-volume transaction systems
Technical Foundation
- Computer Science Fundamentals: Strong algorithmic thinking, data structures, complexity analysis, and distributed systems design
- Classical Testing Methodologies: Expertise in formal verification, boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, state transition testing, and combinatorial testing techniques
- Programming Proficiency: Advanced skills in Python, Java, JavaScript with experience in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Appium)
