At our client´s site you will perform all maintenance and repair activities primarily on our Customers’ Controlled Temperature Units (CTU), intended as Freezers (down to -80°C,), Refrigerators (-5°C), Incubators, Climatic Chambers, .... (list non-exhaustive).</p><p>All activities will be performed in GxP regulated environment and might require access to EHS regulated areas.</p><p>On an exceptional basis, support to other Customer sites in the the region might be provided.</p><p><b><span>Activity types</span></b>:</p><ul><li><p>temperature mapping and support to qualification,</p></li><li><p>maintenance and calibration,</p></li><li><p>diagnose, test, and repair,</p></li><li><p>defrost, cleaning and decontamination,</p></li><li><p>GxP record of performed activities in Customer’s CCMS/SMMS systems in line with ALCOA+ principles and Customer's SOPs.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Responsibilities:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Provide timely, knowledgeable, and quality repairs of Customers’ appliances,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain high-quality Customer service and care,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Look for ways to improve business performance and enhance the Customer experience,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Communicate benefits of the Value-Added Services Process to the Customer,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Follow the truck maintenance schedule and keep a clean, organized truck,</span></p></li><li><p>In addition, will integrate and support the Customer Service Engineers (CSE) team on site, performing frontline assistance, maintenance and qualification of simple devices, such as: thermometers, heat blocks, analytical balances, refrigerated centrifuges, ...</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Requirements</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Proven work experience as a <span><span>Refrigeration/Cooling</span></span></span> Appliances Repair Service Technician or similar role</p></li><li><p>Valid authorization to work with refrigerants in industrial applications (“Refrigerant handling certificate”, “ATEX certificate”)</p></li><li><p><span>Previous experience in a GxP environment will be considered as preferential.</span></p></li><li><p>Business proficiency in English, <span>working knowledge of Dutch </span>would be a plus.</p></li><li><p><span>Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Join our Team!</b></p><p>We are strongly committed to the development of your career and giving you opportunities to learn and grow.</p><p>We make a difference for you while you make a difference in the world!</p>
