Optimize the intake process, develop and maintain standardized reporting frameworks, create and manage the data dictionary, and build a comprehensive data/KPI lexicon to align stakeholders on terminology. Rationalize analytics assets and reports, measure usage, and eliminate unused reports.

Work with cross-functional teams to align processes and ensure consistency. Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), data definitions, and process maps where applicable.
-
Project management and communication: Exhibit outstanding project management capabilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leaders, providing clear updates on status, risks, and timelines. Liaise with IT partners on key projects to ensure quality products are delivered on time and as expected.
