VAVE Technical Lead

Experience in Project Planning, Work distribution, Risk mitigation, Good communication
-Knowledge of fiberglass/epoxy composite material, damage mechanics, and manufacturing processes.
-Experience in composite structural design and analysis.
-Strong understanding of composite structural analysis, failure modes of composite structures, how to set up structural analysis methods to ensure failure modes are clearly understood and margin to failure is quantified.
-FEA modeling and analysis experience (ANSYS, NX Nastran preferred but not necessary), as well as applying hand calculations/handbook methods where appropriate.
-Experience with Solidwork CAD.
-Be comfortable developing test procedure and conducting structural testing, interpretate the results, and correlate with product performance.
-Experience evaluating performance of composite structures in building construction environment where corrosion, wet, UV, soil conditions are a factor is a plus.
-Should be able to interact with Onsite and offshore  and coordinate for multiple projects.
-Should be able to understand manufacturing processes,
