Shift Lead- Drug Testing Services (66366)

As our Shift Lead, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring our operations run seamlessly. 

 Some Key Duties: 

• Be the friendly face of our drug testing office, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. 
• Coordinate daily operations, manage referrals, and oversee compliance with protocols. 
• Maintain high-quality documentation and train staff on collection procedures and electronic record systems. 
• Create a safe, sanitary, and welcoming space by ensuring facilities are clean, stocked, and well-maintained. 
• Handle patient concerns with professionalism and empathy, solving problems to enhance their experience. 
• Collaborate with administrative and clinical staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. A year of experience in medical or behavioral admissions is a plus! 
• Proficiency in MS Office, strong computer skills, and excellent verbal and written communication. 
• Flexibility, efficiency, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. 
• Reliable transportation, a valid Oklahoma driver’s license, current auto insurance, and the ability to pass all required trainings and screenings.
