Job Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
At least 1 year of experience handling patient records or working with EHR systems
Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
Comfortable using office equipment (computers, printers, copiers, phones)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Core Duties:

Maintain and manage patient medical records with accuracy and confidentiality
Pull, deliver, and retrieve records to support clinical teams
Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for patients and visitors
Answer and route incoming calls, taking messages as needed
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare documentation standards
