Head of Program Management

<p>Orchestrate cross-functional programs and projects related to Product Development, Manufacturing and Launch to ensure global planning and execution consistency in line with the strategic objectives of the company.</p><p><u><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities</strong></u>:</p><p>Program Oversight:</p><p>• Define, prioritize, and drive execution of programs and projects across product development, industrialization, and operational launch</p><p>• Ensure planning consistency and strategic alignment across all departments</p><p>• Oversee project performance against time, budget, and risk parameters; facilitate issue resolution in collaboration key stakeholders</p><p>Project Management:</p><p>• Manage cross-functional projects;</p><p>• Manage Product CAPAs, ensuring timely and compliant resolution</p><p>Leadership Support &amp; Decision Facilitation</p><p>• Serve as a key enabler for leadership team decision-making, including project decisions, escalation management, and 18 months product roadmap reviews</p><p>• Provide clear, actionable reporting and dashboards to senior stakeholders</p><p>Framework &amp; Governance</p><p>• Design, implement, and continuously improve the program management framework, including methodologies, standards, tools, and governance structures</p><p>• Train and coach teams on best practices and tooling</p><p>People Management</p><p>• Lead and develop a team of project / program managers</p><p>• Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture</p><p></p>
