THE JOB:

As a Baggage Handler, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us

STARTING RATE: $164463 an hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Work within the baggage compound, retrieving bags from belt systems and organizing them according to luggage tag numbers until requested.

• Handle luggage for hotel groups, ensuring timely delivery and organization.

• Maintain cleanliness in work areas to enhance the experience for both guests and staff.

• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes.

• Assist bellmen in efficiently moving luggage from vehicles to guest rooms, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.

• Occasionally support front counter operations, including answering phones and dispatching tasks.

• Adapt to the varying weather conditions in Las Vegas, being able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 100 pounds as needed.

• Preform other job-duties as requested.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

PREFFERED:

• One (1) year customer service experience.

• Demonstrate enthusiasm and genuine interest in assisting guests.
