Job Title: Teamcenter PLM Senior Solution Architect/Solution Leader
Job Location: Remote (Anywhere across US)

About the job you’re considering

We are seeking a seasoned Teamcenter PLM Senior Solution Architect/Solution Leader to join our dynamic team here at Capgemini Engineering.

Your role

  • Designing, developing, and customizing product lifecycle management (PLM) systems solution from ISVs and integrating the product with other systems for diverse environments.
  • Participating in the design of the technical architecture to support the integration of chosen solution.
  • Providing a detailed technical analysis for client engagement and services support that specifies how our solution will operate within the client environment.
  • Drive the solution workshops with customer stakeholders.
  • Engaging in pre-sales activity including mapping business requirements in line to Capgemini offerings.
  • Engaging in program delivery as solution leader.
  • Identifying the need of Tools/Software and manpower to support the new product roadmap.
  • Preparing plans for Engineering competency enhancement, rallying efforts, and directing the team to implement set milestones year on year.

Your skills and experience

  • 15+ Years of overall experience
  • Experience with enterprise BOM management
  • Experience in product configuration management
  • Teamcenter and Siemens Xcelerator portfolio hands on experience
  • At least 1 end to end greenfield program implementation experience
  • Functional expertise of discrete manufacturing industries
  • Experience in Aerospace and defense industries is preferred
