In this role, the Divisional General Manager East will be responsible for ensuring strong and consistent business performance, exceeding forecast and expectations relating to product goals and driving accountabilities for results for the East Division commercial team.
This role is one of three Commercial Divisional General Manager (CDGM) Roles (West, Central, East), all reporting to the General Manager of US Rare Disease. Each CDGM will be an important member of the Rare Disease Commercial Operations Team, and is expected to have a visible, active, and vocal role. This role will spend much of their time engaging with their teams and customers, as well as traveling to Cambridge Crossing (10-20%) for important leadership and alignment meetings, as well as for new hire trainings, skill building and/or business-related workshops and events.
Travel: Ability to travel 50%
Main Responsibilities:
Management of field teams that contribute to ~2B in gross revenue.
Achieving a financial and patient forecast.
Lead the assigned regional field team across 7 brands, 5 therapeutic areas and 3 pipeline indications including an anticipated Inhibrix launch 1H 2027 with a span of control of 7-10 direct reports.
- Including managing Commercial Field Team Project Coordinator
Ensure strong coordination and collaboration with Medical divisional counterpart, marketing, product services and PSS.
Build and sustain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, key healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, and internal/external colleagues across the geography.
Create and achieve KPIs and IC plans with GTMC that are aligned with the strategy and fundamentals of a highly talented team.
Develop and execute strategies and tactics with key accounts to ensure organizational productivity, and analyze market dynamics, and trends to support brand objectives.
Manage investments and understand the implications for P/L.
Recruit, hire, develop, and manage exceptional talent; building a bench of succession talent.
Engage and coach field professionals to excel and exceed customer needs.
Support DE&I awareness and advancement across Sanofi and Rare Nation.
Oversee key account teams in developing and implementing national business plans to achieve targets, effectively allocating resources within regulatory and compliance guidelines.
Ultimately responsible for tactical execution, finding improvements and solutions.

About You
Bachelor's degree; MBA is highly valued.
Stong analytics and interpretation.
Proven experience in field leadership roles with a focus on rare diseases or specialty car
