Qualifications

• 2-3 years proven track record of success as a Service Manager in an automotive dealership REQUIRED
• Excellent communication skills REQUIRED
• Customer Service Focused REQUIRED
• Ability to lead and drive a team to High Performance REQUIRED

The California pay range for this position is $140,000.00-200,000.00 annually.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability.
