We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Clinical Pathway Specialist to join our Peripheral Interventional EMEA team, a group at the cutting edge of transforming vascular and oncology care across the region. Reporting to the Senior Market Development Manager, this role is central to shaping how our innovative medical technologies are integrated into clinical practice, improving patient outcomes and redefining standards of care.

About the role

Peripheral Intervention is one of the most dynamic and fast-evolving areas in healthcare. As part of this team, you’ll be driving the development, optimisation, and implementation of clinical pathways that not only support our technologies but also elevate the way care is delivered. You’ll bridge clinical insight with strategic execution, working closely with cross-functional and commercial teams across EMEA to ensure our solutions are aligned with best practices and deliver real-world impact.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with both internal and external partners to implement our solutions into clinical care pathways.

  • Align with cross functional EMEA partners to ensure tactical needs for clinical pathway optimisation are met.

  • Analyse, design and document clinical pathways in which BDs peripheral interventional solutions play a strategic role.

  • Partner with healthcare providers, hospital systems and key opinion leaders to align clinical pathways with best practices and institutional goals.

  • Collaborate with clinicians, cross functional teams and commercial teams to understand how BD solutions integrate into existing or emerging clinical workflows.

  • Develop pathway models that demonstrate improved patient outcomes, value based efficiency and operational efficiency.

  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented pathways on clinical outcomes, efficiency and cost effectiveness.

  • Execute assigned project workstreams/deliverables, setting a consistently high standards.

  • Support evidence generation initiatives to validate pathway initiatives.

  • Continuously seek feedback from Sales around training needs, key accounts, and field activities.

  • Ensure that clinical pathways activities align with regulatory standards and internal policies.

  • Embrace innovative learning and look for opportunities for flexible learning solutions that truly meet the needs of our customers.

  • Maintain up-to-date technical, clinical, and guideline knowledge of current PI solutions and become a Subject Matter Expert across the assigned portfolio.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or other related clinical discipline is essential.

  • Completed Lean Six Sigma training.

  • Knowledge of care models and hospital decision making processes.

  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in clinical pathway development, healthcare consulting or hospital operations with experience working in or with healthcare systems.
