Here you are part of a multi-national team with a strong reputation worldwide for excellence and innovation.</p><p></p><p><b><span>ABOUT DEPARTMENT</span></b></p><p><b>Manufacturing &amp; Inventory Accounting Department</b> supports Management Reporting &amp; Planning of Manufacturing P&amp;L with all its components: Operating Performance income, Cost of Production and Manpower &amp; OPEX, Financial Adjustments – Manufacturing Variances and Inventory Accounting. The area of team experience covers small modules manufacturing sites across EMEA Region, large modules biomanufacturing sites (in Europe and beyond) as well as other entities embedded in Global Supply Chain such as Global External Sourcing, Toll and EMEA Distribution Centers. Department is still growing and taking part of Global projects. Our team members have wide experience in analysis and chance to grow in the future.</p><p></p><p><b><span>ABOUT TEAM</span></b></p><p>You will be part of a newly created Team within the Manufacturing &amp; Inventory Accounting Department that will oversee Controlling &amp; Compliance. The team will be responsible for <b>ensuring healthy Balance Sheet position of Manufacturing &amp; Inventory accounts, compliance with balance sheet reconciliation policies and conducting financial controls.</b></p><p></p><p><b><span>Your core deliverables will include:</span></b></p><p><span>The Senior Business Analyst will be viewed by finance and business customers as a financial modelling and analysis expert. The role broadly includes the following key components:</span></p><ul><li>To provide support to key business &amp; investment decisions, co-ordinating data collection from a variety of sources and formats, providing analysis in support of options and enabling appropriate decision making by the business and finance partners</li><li><span>Support Global <span>SME/Managers/Directors</span> in building and safeguard knowledge in the most important areas that are the responsibility of the Team (Capex, M&amp;O, Inventory, Manufacturing, PNL, Product Costing)</span></li><li><span>Support the preparation of financial planning, presentations and complex financial analysis used for Senior Leadership review</span></li></ul><p><b><span>(FP&amp;A specific)</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Accountable for complex, accounting journals, to communicate monthly performance, provide analytical and data collection support to business planning processes and coordinate presentations for key business and finance review meetings.</span></li><li><span>Working closely with business stakeholders providing analytical and strategic support while providing more in-depth insights to ensure these are based on sound planning assumptions &amp; resource decisions are prioritized &amp; optimized across the business area</span></li><li><span>Perform month-end close activities; analyze, interpret and communicate financial results in a timely manner</span></li><li><span>Perform detailed reviews of operation’s costs (M&amp;O, MV, yield, depreciation), headcount and staff related costs</span></li><li><span>Provide insight of financial performance through accurate, timely and relevant reporting</span></li><li><span>Build and maintain a strong relationship with our customers and Business Partners</span></li><li><span>Performing Sites / Functions BA tasks - timely and good-quality delivery of monthly results, reporting as well as RBU / MTP / PHB data in each planning period</span></li></ul><p><b>(MEC and Reporting specific) </b></p><ul><li>Collaborate closely with GFS Ops FP&amp;A colleagues and other global reporting representatives.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Ops Reporting GPO in implementing policies &amp; standards.</li><li>Driving and implementing the vision defined by GPO for Reporting, within GFS Ops.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of the planning and reporting process in collaboration with the GPO and Business counterparts.</li><li>Use knowledge &amp; understanding of customer’s business and requirements, to deliver quality solutions addressing FP&amp;A reporting elements.</li><li>Cooperate with Group Reporting, Masterdata Teams and Reporting System Owners to ensure master data and system set up are comply with reporting requirements and comply with AZ’s reporting standards.</li><li>Delivering timely, robust, high-
