RESPONSIBILITIES: 

As a Maintenance Generalist, you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally across every area of our facility and influence company performance by maintaining our equipment. Our Maintenance Generalists are vital to maintaining our Team Member’s safety through problem solving and proactive upkeep. REQUIREMENTS:

• Provide maintenance support with moderate supervision to ensure the safe and effective operation of equipment and team.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment.
• Conduct emergency mechanical or electrical repairs as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues related to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Safely apply knowledge and troubleshooting skills to all assigned production equipment.
• Effectively interact with all plant personnel to accomplish plant and individual goals.
• Minimize downtime due to equipment failure.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Must be able and willing to furnish your own tools.
