The Lead Financial Analyst provides advanced financial analysis, budgeting/forecasting and decision support for the Indirect Auto line of business. This role applies strong judgment and financial expertise to operate independently in ambiguous situations, influence business outcomes, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. The Lead Financial Analyst also provides informal leadership and guidance to analysts across the organization.
Job Accountabilities
- Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis and strategic planning, for the indirect auto business line.
- Deliver accurate and timely management reporting and performance metrics.
- Provide insight and support to help drive business decisions and assess new opportunities.
- Partner with the business line and cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models, reports, and dashboards to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Manage and continuously improve financial processes, reporting efficiency, and data quality.
- Drive profit improvement initiatives and influence financial outcomes.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience. Required
Experience
• 7+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in Financial Services. Required
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions. Preferred
