Are you looking to build a strong career? Then we have an opportunity for you! We are seeking a Team Leader located at our manufacturing facility in Richmond, VA.

 

Pay: $23.22 Per Hour

Responsibilities

As a Team Leader (Rapid Responder) , you will be responsible for quickly addressing and resolving issues that arise during production, such as equipment malfunctions, quality control problems, or safety concerns, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining production efficiency. You will have the opportunity to:

• Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives
• Lead changeovers and setup equipment for different product sizes
• Troubleshoot, make adjustments, and make minor repairs for mechanical equipment
• Work with QA team to ensure production meets QA standards
• Train new operators on equipment operation and minor adjustments

Ultimately, you will you will work on the line and will be responsible for preparing machines for efficient use and thereby maintaining a safe environment. Requirements

We need you to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of production experience
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Process expertise in bag conversion applications

Icing on the cake:

• Prior leadership experience
• Experience or training in problem solving, conflict resolution, company policy, and effective communication
