Pricing Optimization Senior Manager

You Are:
The Deal Execution Senior Manager provides to sales teams competitive price range analysis, competitive positioning, and deal shaping.
The Work:
- Works with the engagement teams to understand the client requirements, provide procurement recommendations, gather the appropriate competitive data from the competitive analysis team, develop AFS PTW (Price-to-Win) position, guide the teams in setting the appropriate pricing strategies, ensure appropriate commercial position, and recommend action to drive the solution costs to appropriate levels.
- In addition, provide leadership oversight on the development of the proposal business volume deliverable (i.e. establish delivery schedule, coordinate completion status, ensure alignment to pricing strategy and deal offering, sub-contractor negotiations, client negotiations).
Here's What You Need:
- Bachelors Degree or 10+ years of industry experience
- 5+ years of Price to Win analysis experience
- 7+ years of pricing and basis of estimation experience
- Experience technical/system architecture aptitude skills within IT Services marketplace to independently estimate level of effort for competitor solution approaches

- Advanced Degree
- 15+ years of industry experience
- Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas
- Curiosity for learning about industry best practices, and areas of risk, analyzing and turning new insights into concrete action
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for customers and stakeholders
- Excellent people management and relationship development skills

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
