Purpose

Reporting to The Data Business Partner (DBP) for the VP/CFO and VP for People and Talent business teams, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Business Systems Consultant to help our organization’s data analytics initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will help drive technology‐driven transformations, ensuring seamless integration of data analytics solutions, oversee projects, document business rules and data definitions, lead process improvements, lead and contribute to our data governance standards and workflows, as well as contribute and develop training for UT data users on the tools and reports delivered by Finance and People Analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Understands basic project management methodologies and manages various projects related to the role. Document, maintain and continuously improve the quality of processes and knowledge base.
  • Communication: Collaborates with stakeholders and users, presents ideas and findings in meetings and other ways, documents processes and systems. Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non‐technical staff.
  • Quality Assurance: Assists in testing and in the development of test plans, documents new and existing deliverables, analyzes business results.  Document, maintain and continuously improve the quality of processes and knowledge base.
  • Trains and supports reporting and analytic outcomes using various methods including excellent documentation as well as live and recorded training sessions. Coordinates change management and transformation projects for operational effectiveness and modernization of business tools.
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance. Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, technology transformation, or data analytics. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile). Proficiency in process mapping, workflow design, and operational efficiency. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements. Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data visualization.
