Conversational AI Designer

Our client is looking for an experienced Conversational AI Designer to join their growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing conversational AI experiences using the Cognigy platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop conversational flows and prompts for AI agents to handle a variety of use cases like Q&A, ticket creation, user lookup, and more

• Ingest and format knowledge content to be used by the AI agents

• Integrate with APIs to enable functionality like user identification, appointment booking, and ticket creation

• Leverage JavaScript/TypeScript as needed to extend the Cognigy platform

• Work closely with the broader team on conversational design and testing

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience designing and building conversational AI applications, preferably using a low-code/no-code platform like Cognigy

• Strong understanding of conversational design principles and prompt engineering

• Familiarity with integrating AI models and APIs into conversational experiences

• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript for any custom development needs

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with the Cognigy platform

• Background in natural language processing (NLP) and natural language understanding (NLU)

• Knowledge of speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies
