We are looking for a qualified EV Technician II (Experienced / Skilled Field Technician).

The EV Technician II role is a skilled field position for experienced construction professionals supporting EV charging infrastructure projects. This role requires hands-on experience with construction equipment, underground utilities, and site coordination, with increased responsibility in daily field execution. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and assist with construction equipment such as mini-excavators, skid steers, and trenchers
  • Support underground electrical and civil construction scopes
  • Install conduit, equipment bases, pads, and EV site infrastructure
  • Read and interpret basic construction plans and site layouts
  • Assist with layout, measurements, and site coordination activities
  • Mentor and support EV Technician I team members when needed
  • Maintain safe, efficient, and productive jobsite operations

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Prior construction experience required
  • Ability to operate construction equipment
  • Experience with underground utility or electrical work preferred
  • CDL preferred but not required
  • OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification (can be obtained after hire)
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently when needed
