Your Tasks:

• Spearhead the development and promotion of a strong quality culture within the plant, emphasizing its importance throughout the organization.
• Identify and proactively address quality risks, ensuring that potential issues are mitigated effectively.
• Lead efforts to enhance the capabilities and capacity of the Plant Quality team, fostering growth and expertise.
• Take charge of implementing the Regional and Global Quality strategy within the plant, aligning it with ZF's DNA of Quality.
• Develop and own the Continuous Improvement Plan for Plant Quality, continually seeking ways to enhance processes and outcomes.

 

Your Profile:

• Hold a full-time BE (Bachelor of Engineering) degree. Possess 12 to 16 years of experience in relevant roles, demonstrating a strong track record of expertise in quality management.
• Be interested and available for the job location in Lucknow. Only candidates willing to work in Lucknow should apply.
• Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, essential for driving a quality-focused culture and managing a Quality team effectively.
• Possess a deep understanding of quality management principles, including IATF 16949, and the ability to implement and ensure compliance. Exhibit excellent communication skills, both internally within the organization and externally with customers, to address critical claims and quality problems effectively.
• Showcase the ability to think strategically, sharing best practices and insights with other plants and contributing valuable inputs to Global Operations Quality Assurance for future strategy development.
