Job Description
The Senior Manager of Media Analytics & Measurement will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to partner in ongoing measurement and reporting efforts in support of KraftHeinz media investment. This included partnering with leadership at media platforms and publishers to ensure optimal data quality, consistent output deliverables, and learning agendas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing media platform and publisher measurement relationships, have experience with MMM models and synthesizing data into actionable insights in support of media teams. This role will serve as a key resource for the North America Media Team to secure the resources and opportunities to drive brand growth and lead in standing up ongoing measurement rituals and routines for North American Zone media investment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with media platforms and publishers to ensure optimal pricing, placement, and resources.
Lead the collaboration with the global COE by supporting the North America Zone media leadership and bringing best practices across the globe to media measurement and analytics reporting
Collaborate with media partners and North America Media Leadership to develop annual joint business plans and learning plans that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
Monitor and report on the performance of platform and publisher portfolio level investments, providing recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Manage and allocate resources effectively to support cross functional stakeholders and to influence the execution of media plans and investment optimizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and understanding of media performance insights across stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with changes in media measurement landscapes and identify new ways to leverage tools, data and partnerships to drive growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key measurement partners, agencies and internal and external stakeholders.
Play a role in evaluating data partnerships, new technologies and measurement and reporting of new tactics and applications of media
Responsible for ensuring quality data flow to measurement partners and lead data QA to feed measurement model ecosystem
Responsible for building quarterly MMM reporting outputs and standing up regular diagnostic reporting cadences in partnership with external media agency partner
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications, data science, measurement and analytics, or related field.
7+ years of experience in managing media analytics and media measurement projects with a proven track record of success.
Strong analytic and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
In-depth knowledge of media landscapes and media buying platforms and measurement methodologies.
Experience with data analysis and MMM reporting, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems is a plus.
