The Chicago Area has an exciting career opportunity for a Field Supervisor. We are seeking a personable, dedicated individual to supervise a team of Security Officers to include ensuring operational effectiveness, scheduling, payroll and training.  

The successful candidate will need previous experience in developing a high performing team, strong customer service skills and great communication. 

Position Requirements: 

• High School Diploma.
• 21 Years of age or older.
• Intermediate Computer Skills .
• 1 Year Supervisor experience.
• 1 Year Security experience.
• Planning, organizing and leadership skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Able to work flexible schedules / Open Availability.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.

Note: All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
