Noblis MSD Technologies is seeking an Electronics Technician to support our NAVWAR work at the NIEF in San Diego.
Duties include:
Install, configure, and test computer networks to include both hardware and software with assistance
Hardware includes, but is not limited to, routers, switches, servers, inline encryptors, and modems
Troubleshoot networking and connectivity problems with some assistance
Run and trace cables
Attend technical meetings
Assist with the development of technical briefs
Update technical documentation as directed
Required Qualifications
Required Skills:
Electronics technician experience or equivalent supporting NIEF
Familiarity with Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), Open Shortest Path First (OSPF), and Border Gateway (BGP) routing protocols
Hands-on experience configuring interfaces, routing protocols, and security parameters on Cisco networking devices
Cabling installation and troubleshooting
Very good written and verbal communication, along with effective time and project management skills
Secret Clearance required
Required Experience:
- 4+ years recent NC4I(S) or other relevant experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, installation and de-installation of electronic systems, equipment, components, antennas, cables, cableways, waveguides and ducts, while using logic analyzers and digital oscilloscopes

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws.
