Data Entry- Fully Remote Temporary Position

General Description: Assists the team by providing entry-level technical insurance support and coordination for assigned clients and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Supports Claims, Risk Control, Property & Casualty and Placement consultants in servicing prospects and assigned accounts.
• Verifies accuracy of insurance documentation.
• Completes data collection, entry and preparation.
• Completes analytical reports and provides entry-level analysis of data.
• Prepares draft proposals, submissions and comparisons.
• Follows up with insurance carriers and underwriters on outstanding quotes.
• Reviews insurance binders for accuracy and completeness.
• Assists clients with onboarding of client portal Risk Management systems.
• Gathers quote information, comparison of terms & conditions, and marketing summary to provide to account management teams.

Requirements

• 1+ years of RECENT DATA ENTRY & Microsoft Excel Experience with Strong Typing Skills. Must be able to take a typing test before application
• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), experience working between multiple screens, and Multitasking skills.
• Must have a capacity for analytical thinking and strong organizational skills.
• Develops property and casualty knowledge and skillset.
