If so, come join the Informed Design team at Autodesk! Our mission is to enable productization for construction, help our customers adopt Industrialized Construction methods, and deliver the core capabilities required to connect our customers' workflows.

We are searching for an Administrative Assistant/Events coordinator to work with the Informed Design leadership team. You will provide administrative support to the General Manager as well as the leadership staff by performing a wide range of tasks using your experience to proactively address potential problems and ensure an efficiently functioning team. You will also provide planning and implementation for events, shows and speaking opportunities for the leadership team.

This is a fully remote role with travel up to 20%. You will report directly to the General Manager of Informed Design.

Responsibilities

  • You will manage leadership team calendars

  • You will schedule, plan, and coordinate events and meetings onsite and virtually, including research and preparation of meeting materials as well as booking offsite meeting venues, events and meals

  • You will provide meeting support and coordinate logistics for departmental meetings

  • Arrange international and domestic travel

  • Help manage expense reports and reimbursements for the leaders

  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

  • You will help create, review and edit documents, presentations and reports

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative role

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Slack, and familiarity with Workday. Proficiency in project management tools such as Airtable, Asana, or Microsoft Project

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • You understand how to handle confidential business matters

  • You are adaptable and resourceful in problem-solving

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $68,000 and $110,000. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
