  • Gathering and analyzing data using Tableau, CRM and Varicent (incentive compensation tool used at Meta) to build sophisticated models using MS Excel to measure the effectiveness of
    current incentive plans, design/test the feasibility of new plan designs, put forth pros/cons, and provide recommendations on path forward.
  • Partner closely with Sales Operations, Finance
    and HR to ensure global governance to audit and release the variable incentive plans for ~3000 sales reps across Meta every quarter.
  • Build cost models and payout dashboards to keep
    Finance and Leadership informed on potential cost impact for new sales projects within Meta.
  • Developed detailed presentation decks on quarterly performance of global sales
    compensation that can be shared with regional sales leaders, and gather feedback for improvement.
  • Support the annual compensation planning design cycle from design-to-deployment for all teams on variable incentive plans across all sales organizations at Meta.
  • Drive Global Incentive
    Compensation excellence in incentive plan design conceptualization, commission’s administration, and incentive compensation performance analytics.
  • Partner closely with Leadership,
    Sales Operations, Finance and Human Resources to ensure global governance and alignment in incentive compensation design and philosophy.
  • Support global communications teams
    and enablement efforts to inform the field of relevant compensation changes, policy changes, and act as the subject matter expert resource for any questions.
  • Develop presentation
    materials to communicate incentive compensation design proposals to our global incentive compensation steering committee and executives.
  • Drive data analysis and modeling efforts to
    measure the effectiveness of current incentive plans, design/test the feasibility of new plan designs, put forth pros/cons, and provide recommendations on path forward.
  • Identify
    opportunities for process or systems automation and work with incentive compensation team, commission’s system engineering team, and sales operations to bring these ideas to life.
  • Maintain the systems, process and data that drives the sales incentive plans for a large sales organization.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sales incentive payments (commissions)
    to the sales organization.
  • Complete user acceptance testing for calculation logic, data tables and reporting in the incentive compensation system and related CRM and revenue
    tools/dashboards.
  • Provide support for cross-functional compensation related inquiries and requests (e.g. sales, payroll, accounting accruals, SOX support).
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a closely-related field. Foreign degree equivalent accepted. Requires 36 months of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must include 36 months involving the following:
  • 1. Problem solving, including providing business insights and recommendations from data sets
  • 2. Analytics and modeling
  • 3. Consolidating and joining data, creating formulas, and macro development in Excel.
