Job Description

Tipico is looking for an Enterprise Architect to join our team. Grow with us, introduce us to new ideas and develop products that maximise the thrill of sports for our customers. Every day, you’ll work in a highly collaborative and agile environment with cross-functional team members to develop products and create technical solutions that push us forward.

Your playing field:

• Developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture to ensure alignment with the organization's business strategy, mission, and goals
• Providing expert guidance and support to project teams, helping them align with the enterprise architecture and resolve complex technical challenges
• Creating and managing a technology roadmap that outlines the evolution of IT systems in line with business needs and technological advancements
• Establishing and enforcing architecture standards, principles, and governance processes to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization
• Engaging with various business and IT stakeholders to ensure that the architectural vision is understood, and implemented across the organization
• Uncovers operational gaps, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement within the organization's technology landscape
• Analyzes information through data models and architecture diagrams, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of the technological environment
• Communicates the value of new IT strategies and keeps stakeholders informed of ongoing initiatives, ensuring alignment and support for the architectural vision

Qualifications

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

• Computer Science background. You have a Master´s Degree in IT with several years of professional experience in software architecture, preferably in enterprise architecture
• Leadership. Managerial skills to lead, advise, or collaborate with different departments
• Project management. You are familiar with running big projects and its initiatives from the beginning until the end
• Certifications. You worked with industry-standard EAM frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman)
• Don’t go 404 on us here! You have a deep knowledge of various technology domains, including software development, data management, and security, to create a comprehensive and cohesive IT architecture
• Bigger Picture. Ability to understand and align technology with the business strategy, ensuring that the IT architecture supports and drives the organization's goals and objectives
• Collaboration. Excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with various stakeholders, including executives, managers, and technical teams, to facilitate understanding and implementation of the architectural vision
• Knowledge of REST-based web services and Microservices.
• Good knowledge of the English language. Our team consists of more than 40 different nationalities working together to achieve Tipico’s mission. English is the way we communicate within the company
