Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards with DAX for strategic and sourcing teams.
• Use Power Query for data modeling and transformation.

Data Analytics:

• Analyze datasets to predict future outcomes and identify relationships.
• Build and validate predictive models with real-world applications.

Technical Expertise:

• Act as a subject matter expert in data engineering and business intelligence.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations.

Collaboration:

• Work with stakeholders to create dashboards and functional specifications.
• Partner with sourcing teams to develop actionable dashboards driving strategic initiatives.

Performance Monitoring:

• Continuously evaluate dashboard performance to detect trends and insights.
• Ensure data accuracy through validation and alignment with financial reports.

Process Optimization:

• Automate data processes and reporting workflows for efficiency.
• Establish best practices for documentation, access controls, and data validation.

Presentation:

• Present dashboards to cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.

• Microsoft Azure
• Power BI with DAX

• Financial acumen

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Databricks and Snowflake.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics tools such as R Programming, Apache Spark, and Python.
• Proficiency in data visualization techniques, big data concepts, and machine learning.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and project management capabilities.

Compensation Range

Annual salary: $116,700 - $196,100 USD
Factors affecting salary: location, experience, expertise, education/training.
