Invoicing Clerk

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a multinational food, snack, and beverage company, is seeking to recruit an Invoicing Clerk.

Main Responsibilities:

• Arranges replenishment of 3PL warehouses
• Manages orders and informs the 3PL warehouses as well as the Distribution department for the loading schedule
• Receives actually picked quantities from 3PL supplier and issues the invoices accordingly
• Checks finished goods receipts from suppliers and informs accordingly in case of discrepancies
• Issues credit notes in case of goods returns

• Gathers data regarding warehouse activities (truck destination, start/end time, cases loaded, way of loading, number of pickers/loaders) and generates reports
• Collects data about picking mistakes, product freshness, damaged cases, warehouse stales and generates the 3PL warehouse KPIs report

Requirements

• 1-2 years of working experience in relative field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Invoicing)

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent command of English language (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with WMS and ERP programs
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
