This is a remote position.

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior QA Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing test strategies, improving testing processes, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities • Ensure all deliverables meet business requirements and adhere to quality standards and organizational processes. • Analyze requirements and prepare traceability matrices linking requirements to test cases. • Design and develop test scenarios, test cases, and test data . • Execute manual and/or automated test cases and analyze results. • Identify, log, track, and verify defects using bug tracking tools. • Perform regression testing before releases and major milestones. • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues. • Maintain and update test plans, test cases, and test environments throughout the SDLC. • Generate and analyze test reports and quality metrics . • Review documentation (user manuals, release notes) to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Report and validate UI/UX issues . • Ensure software meets functional, performance, and reliability standards . • Contribute to process improvements and QA best practices .

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. • 3–5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance. • Strong experience with manual testing (web & mobile). • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments . • Hands-on experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail). • Strong understanding of testing types, methodologies, and SDLC/STLC . • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills . • Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.

ISTQB_FL certification is a must
